Asset Redeployment Program (ARP) / Sale of Surplus - Purchasing, Contracts and Auxiliary Services

The Asset Redeployment Program (ARP) has been created by the Purchasing Department in an effort to identify and redeploy furniture and equipment no longer utilized by District departments. You are encouraged to register for the District's automated process of "internal reallocation" of assets using the Public Surplus web-based system. The website will simplify the way surplus property is reallocated (used office equipment, desks, cabinets, tables, chairs, etc.) and provides a way for the College to instantly and automatically notify all interested departments of surplus items available for redistribution. Participating departments are then able to easily and electronically request available surplus items on a "first-come, first-served basis."

Register now with Asset Redeployment Program (ARP) for internal reallocation of the College's property and save budget dollars for your department…it's free to use.

Please be sure to use your department address including campus, building, room, etc. and college email so the program administrator can schedule a move when the item is claimed. Do not use your home address or personal email. We can assist you and your departments to register using the registration hyperlink and registration code listed above if you want staff notified of items available for reallocation. This is just a one-time internal registration required for internal purposes only and not for bidding on items auctioned to the public.

Once registered, you will be notified by email when an item is listed as available internally. You will be given a link to the item and provided with instructions if you are interested in acquiring it.

Please view the Asset Redeployment Program (PDF).

Note: The District welcomes employees to register using a separate username and your personal email address for bidding on any surplus that is being sold to the public on the Public Surplus website ( Do not use the internal Registration Code above and do not use the College's email addresses for personal bidding.
