Enrollment Verification - Admissions and Records
You can request an enrollment verification using the Enrollment Verification Request form. Turn in your completed request form to the Admissions Office at Fremont or Newark campus. We can also accept the form by fax at (510) 659-7321 or you can mail it to us at:

Your first two enrollment verification requests are free. All enrollment verification requests placed after the first two are $4 each.
After you use your two (2) free enrollment verification requests, you can order an enrollment verification at the Enrollment Verification Request link in the WebAdvisor students menu. You can find it on the right side of the page, under the Academic Profile header.
Please note, all enrollment verifications requests completed through WebAdvisor are $4 each, even if you have not used your first two free requests. Be sure to use the using the Enrollment Verification Request form for your first two enrollment verifications!
Make sure you have cleared any balance due with the college. We cannot send out an enrollment verification for you if you currently have a balance. Also, keep in mind that during registration periods, enrollment verification requests for the upcoming term are held until census. You can find the census date for a term on the Academic Calendar.
